AVIC Shenfei Civil Aircraft Co., Ltd.
The A01 workshop of AVIC Shenfei Civil Aircraft Co., Ltd. has a construction area of 20000 ㎡, a height of 18m, and adopts steam and hot water heating methods. The terminal equipment is steel pipe radiator, heater, jet unit, vertical air supply, air curtain, etc.
After the transformation, the water supply temperature is 65 ℃, the return water temperature is 50 ℃, and the average indoor temperature is above 19 ℃, which not only greatly improves the heating environment of the plant, but also greatly reduces the heating cost, and the energy saving rate reaches more than 40%. Then, in October 2020, the full promotion and completion of all plant (except A02) heat exchange stations and end cooling equipment intelligent upgrade and provide energy-saving operation and maintenance services.
After upgrading, the factory buildings (A01, A03, A04, A05) that originally adopted radiator heater and fan heaters and the factory buildings (A04b, A06, A10) that originally adopted radiator vertical air supply equipment or jet units (A04b, A06, A10) have achieved remarkable energy-saving effects, directly saving energy and reducing costs by more than 400 million yuan a year, and greatly improving the heating environment, it realizes the on-line monitoring, intelligent adjustment, on-demand heating, energy saving and consumption reduction of the intelligent heating system.

In order to break the temperature gradient of high-rise space heating, the company has conducted in-depth cooperation with China Aviation Design Institute, Jilin Provincial Architectural Design Institute, Jilin Provincial Architectural Engineering Research Institute and other scientific research institutes in product research and development.
