China Southern Changchun Longjia Hangar (with an area of 4800 square meters, a height of 24.6 meters, a hangar door of 74 meters wide and a height of 20 meters) is a typical super-wide steel structure high space factory building. Before the renovation, CRV gas radiant heating was adopted in the United States. In winter (39 days), the heating temperature in the warehouse was lower than 5 ℃, the ground temperature was ≤ 5 ℃, and the roof temperature was ≥ 105 ℃. Once the gate was opened and closed, the indoor temperature recovery time needed 24 hours. The hangar could hardly produce normally every winter. The annual heating operation cost of gas radiation is about 2.64 million yuan. After the equipment modification, the water supply temperature is 45 ℃, the return water temperature is 30 ℃, the heating temperature is 20 ℃, the temperature gradient is 1 ℃, and the annual heating operation cost is 530000 yuan, which successfully solves the problem of the upper and lower temperature gradient in the warehouse.
