Jihang hangar is 60m long, 54m wide and 22.8m high. It is a typical super-wide steel structure large space factory building. Before the transformation, the heating temperature never exceeded 8 ℃ in extremely cold winter. In order to solve the heating problem, the use of steam heating failed to do so, and a large amount of steam cost was consumed every year. After the renovation, the heating system is changed from steam heating to hot water heating. The water supply temperature is 45~50 ℃ and the return water temperature is 40 ℃. The heat exchange is automatically controlled according to the set temperature of the hangar. The air curtain is controlled by infrared rays at the gate of the aircraft entering and leaving the hangar. The heating temperature of the workshop reaches 20±1 ℃, which can save 40% of the heating cost every year and has obvious energy saving effect. More than 20 pieces of equipment (GC-30BG, GC-28MC-LZ/DZ) are used in the military hangar of Jilin Airlines
